How to reach the Congress venues?

The Congress will take place at
Cinema La Compagnia – Via Camillo Cavour, 50/R, 50121 – Firenze (FI) and Auditorium Sant’Apollonia – Via S. Gallo, 25, 50129 – Firenze (FI)
both located in the historic centre of Florence.

From Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station

• Walking: 10–15 minutes
• Taxi
• Local public transport: Tram (Tranvia) T2 line to Piazza San Marco then by walk to reach both venues

From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport

• Local public transport: Tram (Tranvia) T2 line to Piazza San Marco then by walk to reach both venues
• Taxi directly to the venues

From Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport

• Train: direct connection to Florence Santa Maria Novella (approx. 1 hour)
• From the station, reach the venues on foot or by taxi
• Local public transport: Tram (Tranvia) T2 line to Piazza San Marco than by walk to reach both venues

These convenient connections allow all participants to easily reach both Congress venues.

Parking in Florence

• Florence’s historic centre has limited traffic zones (ZTL), so private cars should plan accordingly.
• Public parking is available near both venues, all paid:
  • Garage La Stazione – near Santa Maria Novella station
  • Garage Parterre – near Piazza Santa Maria Novella
  • Garage Fortezza Fiera – near Fortezza da Basso, short walk to the city center
• It is recommended to check parking availability in advance and consider public transport options when possible.
