To submit your abstract click on create an account at the end of this page, then fill out the form. You will receive a confirmation email of your account registration for abstract submission. Afterwards, you will be able to access with your credentials and submit your abstract.

Please access your account with your credentials to edit your submission or create a new one.

Once your abstract has been accepted, it can only be presented upon registration at the Conference.

Abstract submissions

• Language: all abstracts must be submitted in English
• Format: abstracts should include:
  • Title
  • Authors and affiliations
  • Background/Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions
• Word limit: 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
• Presentation Types: oral presentations, workshops, symposia, debates, and panel discussions. Please indicate your preference.

Deadlines

• November 10th, 2025 – Call for Abstracts opens
• February 1st, 2026 – Submission deadline
• March 1st, 2026 – Notification of acceptance
