To submit your abstract click on create an account, then fill out the form. You will receive a confirmation email of your account registration for abstract submission. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder . Afterwards, you will be able to access with your credentials and submit your abstract.

Already registered?

Please access your account with your credentials to edit your submission or create a new one.

Once your abstract has been accepted, it can only be presented upon registration at the Conference.

Abstract submissions

  • Language: all abstracts must be submitted in English
  • Format: abstracts should include:
    • Title
    • Authors and affiliations
    • Background/Objectives
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • Word limit: 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
  • Presentation Types: oral presentations, workshops, symposia, debates, and panel discussions. Please indicate your preference.
  • November 10th, 2025 – Call for Abstracts opens
  • February 15th, 2026 – Submission deadline
  • March 1st, 2026 – Notification of acceptance
