Before submitting your abstract you need to register for the conference. Click the following link to register and then come back to this page to submit your abstract.
Once you obtained your ticket for the conference, you can go ahead and click on create an account at the end of this page, then fill out the form. You will receive an email confirmation of your account registration for abstract submission. Afterwards, you will be able to access with your credentials and submit your abstract.

Abstract submissions
- Language: all abstracts must be submitted in English
- Format: abstracts should include:
- Title
- Authors and affiliations
- Background/Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Word limit: 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
- Presentation Types: oral presentations, workshops, symposia, debates, and panel discussions. Please indicate your preference.
Deadlines
- November 10th, 2025 – Call for Abstracts opens
- February 1st, 2026 – Submission deadline
- March 1st, 2026 – Notification of acceptance
