To submit your abstract click on create an account, then fill out the form. You will receive a confirmation email of your account registration for abstract submission. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder . Afterwards, you will be able to access with your credentials and submit your abstract.

Please access your account with your credentials to edit your submission or create a new one.
Once your abstract has been accepted, it can only be presented upon registration at the Conference.
Abstract submissions
- Language: all abstracts must be submitted in English
- Format: abstracts should include:
- Title
- Authors and affiliations
- Background/Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Word limit: 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
- Presentation Types: oral presentations, workshops, symposia, debates, and panel discussions. Please indicate your preference.
Deadlines
- November 10th, 2025 – Call for Abstracts opens
- February 15th, 2026 – Submission deadline
- March 1st, 2026 – Notification of acceptance
